  2. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Onion - chopped (medium)

  3. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Green pepper - chopped (large)

  4. 1 Garlic clove - minced

  5. 1 Diced pimientos - (4 oz)

  6. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Salt

  7. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Pepper

  8. 1 Ro*tel diced tomatoes and green chilies - (10 oz)

  9. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Shrimp - shelled and deveined Cooked rice

  1. Recipe Instructions In a large skillet, melt margarine; saute onion, pepper and garlic until tender. Stir in pimientos, salt, pepper and RO*TEL; simmer 10 minutes. Add shrimp and cook until done, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with cooked rice.
