  5. Dash ground cloves

  6. 1/2 cup julienned fully cooked ham

  7. 1 small apple, diced

  8. 1 celery rib, sliced

  9. Lettuce leaves, optional

  10. 1/4 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted
