  11. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Pepper

  12. 16 oz 454g No-salt-added tomato sauce - (2 cans)

  13. 15 oz 426g Black beans - (1 can) drained

  14. 14 oz 397g No-salt-added whole tomatoes - (1 can) Drained and chopped

  15. 6 oz 170g Tomato paste - (1 can)

  16. 1 1/2 oz 42g Hamburger buns - (13)

  1. Recipe Instructions Cook first 4 ingredients in a large Dutch oven over medium heat until browned, stirring to crumble. Remove mixture from pan; drain and pat dry with paper towels. Wipe drippings from pan with a paper towel. Return meat mixture to pan. Add water and next 10 ingredients; stir well. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Yield: 13 servings (serving size: 1 bun and 2/3 cup meat mixture). Serving Ideas : Serve with hamburger buns.
