  2. 1/4 cup julienned carrots

  3. 1/4 cup julienned celery

  4. 1/4 cup julienned red bell pepper

  5. 1/4 cup julienned yellow bell pepper

  6. 2 tablespoons toasted peanuts

  7. 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh garlic

  8. 1 teaspoon hot pepper flakes Salt and freshly ground black pepper

  1. Spray a large skillet with cooking spray, and add water. Add the carrots, celery , red bell peppers, yellow bell peppers, peanuts, garlic, and hot pepper flakes and saute until tender, but still crisp . Season, to taste, with salt and pepper.
