  1. 1-1/2 pounds smoked sausage sliced thickly

  2. 2 pound package frozen hash brown potatoes

  3. 5 green onions sliced

  4. 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

  5. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  6. 1 can cheddar cheese soup

  7. 1 soup can milk

  1. Combine sausage, potatoes, green onions, pepper and garlic powder in well greased crock pot.

  2. Stir gently to mix then whisk together soup and milk and pour over ingredients in crock pot.

  3. Cook on low for 8 hours.
