  1. 1/2 lb 227g / 8oz Zucchini

  2. 1/2 lb 227g / 8oz Yellow summer squash

  3. 10 Garlic - minced

  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Dried leaf oregano

  5. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Pepper

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Virgin olive oil

  1. Recipe Instructions Slice zucchini and squash in thin rounds. Mix with garlic, oregano, and pepper, and place in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover and steam 2 minutes or until just tender. Remove from basket to serving bowl and toss with oil.
