  1. 1 Bag any-style mixed greens - (10 oz)

  2. 1 cup 110g / 3.9oz Shredded carrots

  3. 1 cup 237ml Plain low fat yogurt

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Grated red onion

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Chopped parsley leaves

  6. 2 tablespoons 30ml Chopped or snipped dill

  7. 1 tspn dried dill

  8. 1 tablespoon 15ml Lemon juice

  9. 1 Garlic clove Coarse salt - to taste Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

  1. Recipe Instructions Combine the greens with carrots and radishes. Mix yogurt with grated onion, herbs, lemon juice. Paste the garlic by chopping it then add a generous pinch of coarse salt and mash with the side of your knife. Mix paste into dressing. Season the dressing with black pepper, to your taste. Pour the dressing evenly over the salad, toss and serve. This recipe yields 3 servings.
