  1. 4 to 6 pounds Honeysuckle White Turkey Breast

  2. 1/4 cup apricot preserves

  3. 2 tablespoons dijon-style mustard

  1. In (13 x 9 x 2 inch) roasting pan, place turkey breast on rack. Bake uncovered 325°F (160°C) 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until meat thermometer registers 170 to 175°F (80°C) in deepest part of breast. In small bowl combine honey and apricot preserves. Brush glaze over breast during final 15 minutes of cooking.
