  1. 1 cup rice, wild, cooked

  2. 1 cup rice, basmati, cooked

  3. 1-2 each potatoes, sweet, uncooked, cut into 1/2 inch pieces

  4. 1-2 tablespoon parsley, fresh, chopped

  5. 1 salt, to taste

  6. 10 minutes on high. Note: This can also be made using a pre-cooked sweet potato. Then the microwave time is reduced to

  7. 3 minutes for reheating. Variation: Good with a couple of table spoons of orange juice for extra flavoring added before cooking.
