  5. 1/2 c Butter

  6. 1 c Flour

  7. 1/2 c Nuts -- Chopped

  8. 1/2 c Quick-Cooking Oats

  9. : Second Layer

  10. 8 Oz Cream Cheese

  11. 1 c Whipped Cream

  12. 1 c Confectioner's Sugar

  13. : Third Layer

  14. 2 pk French Vanilla Pudding --

  15. : Instant

  16. 3 c Cold Milk

  17. : Whipped Cream For Frosting

  18. Blend butter with flour, nuts and quick oats. Press in

  19. 9x13 pan and bake at

  20. 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

  21. Remove from oven and C O O L !!

  22. For second layer, mix cream cheese, whipped cream and confectioners' sugar. Spread over COOLED crust.

  23. For third layer, mix both packages of pudding and cold milk. Spread over previous mixture evenly

  24. (Usually this part is easy.)

  25. Frost with whipped cream and grate a bit of dark

  26. chocolate across the top for effect.
