  1. 1/2 C. soft bread crumbs

  2. 1 egg , beaten

  3. 2 T. mayonnaise

  4. 2 T. cream

  5. 1 T. chopped parsley

  6. 2 T. butter , melted

  7. 1 t. Worcestershire Sauce

  8. 1 t. prepared mustard salt & pepper flour canola oil

  1. Pick through the crab meat with your fingers to remove any shell. Combine all ingredients. Form into 6 cakes. Dip each cake into flour. Pan fry in hot skillet with ⅛ inch deep oil over medium heat. Turn cakes over and brown other side. Serve with seafood cocktail sauce or lemon wedges, if desired.
