  1. 1 tablespoon mustard

  2. 1 6-inch piece baguette, halved horizontally

  3. 2 ounces brie, without rind, thinly sliced

  4. 2 ounces sliced smoked turkey or leftover roast turkey

  5. 4 thin slices skin-on Bartlett or Bosc pear

  6. 1 teaspoon vegetable oil

  1. Spread mustard on cut sides of baguette. Top one side with cheese, turkey, and pear. Top with remaining cheese. Lightly oil outside of bread.
