  2. 1 tablespoon 15ml Onion - chopped (medium)

  3. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Mushrooms - sliced

  4. 2 teaspoons 10ml Flour - (to 3) Salt - to taste Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Sour cream - (to 3)

  1. Recipe Instructions In a saucepan, melt the butter and add the onion and mushrooms. Cover and cook 20 minutes over low heat. Remove the cover and sprinkle the flour over the mushrooms. Blend. Cook and stir for 1 to 2 minutes. Add the salt, pepper, and sour cream. Heat thoroughly, but do not boil. This recipe yields 3 to 4 side dish servings.
