  1. 1 cup 110g / 3.9oz Semisweet chocolate chips - or to taste

  2. 1 Chocolate butter cake mix

  3. 4 Eggs

  4. 1/2 cup 118ml Vegetable oil

  5. 1/4 cup 59ml Water

  6. 1 Chocolate pudding mix - instant

  7. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Nuts - chopped - pecans or walnuts

  1. Coat chocolate chips and nuts with small amount of cake mix. Mix remaining ingredients and fold in chocolate chips and nuts.

  2. Bake in preheated 350F oven for 50 minutes in greased and floured tube pan.

  3. Cool and frost.

  4. FROSTING: 1 Lb. box powder sugar 3/4 Stick soft butter 1 Tsp. vanilla 3 Squares unsweetened baking chocolate, melted 1 Pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese Milk or cold coffee, optional Mix all ingredients until smooth using a small amount of milk or coffee to blend to spreading consistency.
