  1. 1 pound lobster meat

  2. 2 tablespoons grapeseed oil

  3. 1 pound macaroni, cooked

  4. 1/2 cup butter

  5. 1 cup white onion, chopped

  6. 2 cloves garlic, chopped

  7. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  8. 1 cup vegetable stock

  9. 1/2 cup heavy cream

  10. 2 cups sharp shredded Cheddar Salt White pepper

  11. 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives

  1. Instructions Heat the grapeseed oil in a frying pan and add lobster. Cook, stirring, until cooked through. Set aside. In a saucepan, melt butter and add onion and garlic and cook until tender. Add the flour, a tablespoon at a time, until enough is added to make a thin paste consistency. Add the stock a bit at time, stirring. Bring to a simmer for 10 minutes. Add the heavy cream, cheese, and salt and pepper to taste. Add the lobster meat and macaroni and heat through. Top with chives and serve. .
