  1. 3-4 pound pot roast (I use boneless shoulder roast)

  2. tortillas

  3. Carne Asada seasoning

  4. green onion (whole)

  5. 2 cups of Corona beer (can be substituted with other brand)

  6. 2 habanera peppers

  7. 2-3 tortillas in bottom of crock pot (depending on size of pot). Rub roast with asada seasoning on both sides and place on tortillas in crock. drizzle

  8. 1 cup of the beer onto the roast and put habaneras and green onions on top of meat. Cook on low heat for 2 hours and drizzle remaining cup of beer on roast. Total cook time:

  9. 4-5 hours or until meat is very tender.

  10. Serve with pinto beans and warm corn or flour tortillas and rice for a perfect authentic Mexican style dish.
