  1. 1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24oz London broil - sliced

  2. 1/4" thick

  3. 1/2 cup 118ml Soy sauce

  4. 1/4 cup 59ml Olive oil

  5. 1/4 cup 59ml Water

  6. 2 teaspoons 10ml Dry mustard

  7. 2 tablespoons 30ml Molasses

  8. 1 teaspoon 5ml Ginger

  9. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Garlic powder

  1. Cut steak on diagonal in 1/4" slices, place in large Ziploc bag. Mix all other ingredients, pour into bag with meat slices. Seal bag with no air pockets, shake.

  2. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 4 hours or freeze until ready to use.

  3. Skewer the meat, ribbon style with 3-4 pieces on each skewer. Bamboo skewers soaked in water work well.

  4. Broil meat or grill 4-5 minutes on each side.

  5. NOTES : I usually prepare this in the evening and allow it to marinate overnight in the refrigerator. Everyone likes this recipe!
