  1. 2 cans condensed tomato soup

  2. 3 cups water

  3. 2 tbs. minced garlic (or 2 cloves minced)

  4. 1 1/2 cups uncooked shell pasta

  5. 2 green onion s, sliced

  6. 2 tsp. crushed oregano

  7. 1/2 cup diced pepperoni (can use turkey pepperoni)

  8. 1 cup shredded mozzarella

  9. 1 cup shredded cheddar

  1. Preheat broiler. In large pot, combine tomato soup, water, and garlic. Bring to a boil. Stir in pasta, green onions, oregano, and pepperoni. Cook for 6-8 minutes, until the pasta is almost soft. Transfer to oven-proof bowls, and top each with shredded mozzarella and shredded cheddar. Broil 3-5 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and slightly browned. Serving Suggestion: Try serving in a crusty bread bowl.
