  1. 4 large baking potatoes completely baked and hulled

  2. 1/2 cup whipping cream

  3. 1/4 cup butter

  4. 1/2 cup sour cream

  5. 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded

  6. 1/4 cup sliced green onions

  7. 1 tsp garlic salt

  8. 3/4 tsp pepper

  9. 2 slices bacon cooked and crumbled

  1. Combine potato pulp and whipping cream, beat until whipped. Add remaining ingredients, re-stuff potato hulls and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon. *
