  1. 2 Tblsp olive oil

  2. 24 shrimp

  3. 1 Tblsp garlic

  4. 1/4 cup white wine

  5. 1/2 cup caper s

  6. 1 cup tomato s, diced (canned works too)

  7. 2 Tblsp butter

  8. Juice of one lemon

  9. salt & pepper to taste

  10. 1 Tblsp parsley

  1. Saute shrimp in oil for 30 seconds on each side in the olive oil. Add garlic and white wine. Add the tomato, capers and butter. seasaon with salt and pepper and lemon juice.

  2. Serve over toast. Add Parsley
