  1. 1/2 cup melted margarine

  2. 1 cup self-rising flour

  3. 1/2 cup chopped nuts

  4. 1 cup powdered sugar

  5. 8 oz cream cheese

  6. large bowl cool whip, at least 9 oz

  7. 3 cups blueberries

  8. 1 cup sugar

  9. 2 Tbsp cornstarch

  10. 1/4 cup water

  11. 2 Tbsp lemon juice

  1. Combine margarine, self-rising flour, and nuts in a bowl and place in a 9x13" pan. Bake at 325° until light brown.

  2. Combine cream cheese and ½ cool whip and beat in sugar gradually. Spread on cool crust. Combine berries, sugar, and water in pan, bring to a boil-1 minute. Mix cornstarch with ¼ cup water, add to berries and cook until thick stirring constant. Cool slightly, add lemon juice then cool cover cream cheese mix with berries. Top with remaining cool whip and refrigerate.
