  1. 3 ounce(s) expresso , hot 7 ounce(s) steamed milk , I prefer 170F, though 140F will work 2 tablespoon(s) white chocolate sauce , World Market, Americas Best Coffee 5 tablespoon(s) caramel sauce

  2. 5 squirt(s) whipped cream , Optional

  1. Add sauces to coffee cup, while expresso is brewing. Steam milk to 140-170F. I use a meat thermometer to check temp. Add expresso to cup, then milk using spoon to skim froth to one side. Froth may go in after milk is poured. If desired, add whipped topping.If you are unable to locate coffee sauces, use ice cream topping!
