  2. Use Choco-Nut Crust. 1/2 lb. marshmallows (about 40 lg.) 1/4 tsp. salt 1 c. whipping cream, whipped Sliced strawberries (opt.)

  3. Or 1 (10 oz.) package frozen strawberries, thawed and drained (reserve juice).

  4. Prepare crust. If using fresh berries, puree 1 cup. Combine in double boiler over hot (not boiling) water the marshmallows, strawberry puree or reserved strawberry juice from the frozen berries and salt. Heat until marshmallows melt. Remove from heat and transfer mixture to a small bowl. Chill in refrigerator until slightly thickened, about 30 to 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Gently fold in whipped cream and remaining 1 cup fresh strawberries. Turn filling into crust. Chill in refrigerator until firm, about 1 hour. Garnish with sliced strawberries. Makes 1 (9) pie.
