  3. 1 teaspoon 5ml Olive oil

  4. 1 Jalapeno pepper

  5. 1 Juice of

  6. 1 lemon

  1. Dice Mango, jalapeno pepper and fresh coriander very finely.

  2. Combine. Add lime juice and olive oil.

  3. Serve the soup with a generous dollop of sour cream and another generous dollop of Mango Salsa on top of the sour cream.
