  1. 1 egg

  2. 1/4 cup finely chopped onion

  3. 1 tablespoon ketchup

  4. 1-1/2 teaspoons salt

  5. 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  6. 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt

  7. 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  8. 2 pounds ground beef

  9. 3/4 cup dry bread crumbs SAUCE:

  10. 2 tablespoons plus 1-1/2 teaspoons cornstarch

  11. 1 cup orange marmalade

  12. 3 to 4 tablespoons soy sauce

  13. 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  14. 2 garlic cloves, minced

  1. In a large bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture. Sprinkle with bread crumbs; mix gently. Shape into 1-in. balls. Place meatballs on a greased rack in a shallow baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until meat is no longer pink; drain. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine the sauce ingredients. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Transfer meatballs to a serving dish; serve with sauce. Yield: 5 dozen.
