  1. 1 lb light velveeta cheese, cut into chunks.

  2. 1/2 cup fat-free milk.

  3. 1 tsp cayenne pepper.

  4. 3/4 lb Ronzoni Healthy Harvest macaroni pasta, cooked and drained.

  5. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs, tossed w/

  6. 1-1/2 tbsp butter

  1. Place velveeta in microwaveable bowl, microwave on high for 2 min, stir. Continue microwaving and stirring until cheese is melted & smooth.Stir in cayenne pepper. Mix the cheese sauce w/ the macaroni. Spray a 2-quart casserole dish w/ cooking spray. Heat oevn to 350. Place macaroni mix into casserole dish. Sprinkle w/ buttered crumbs. Bake 40 min or until golden & bubbly.
