  1. 8 oz 227g Creamy herb-garlic cheese

  2. 8 Crepes

  3. 1/2 lb 227g / 8oz Tiny cooked shrimp

  4. 3 tablespoons 45ml Chopped fresh chives

  5. 2 1/2 cups 365g / 12oz Shredded jack cheese

  1. Recipe Instructions Bring cheese to room temperature. Preheat oven to 350F. On each of four crepes: Spread two tablespoons of the garlic herb cheese. Place cheese-side-up on a buttered baking sheet or oven-proof serving plate. Mix shrimp, 2 1/4 cups of the jack cheese and chives. Divide and spread on the four crepes. Top each with another crepe, and sprinkle with remaining jack cheese. Bake until heated through, 30 to 35 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve immediately.
