  1. 1 ts Salt

  2. 1 tb Dried minced onion

  3. 1 pk Yeast

  4. 1/2 c Kraft French Onion

  5. Spreadery Cheese

  6. 1 Tablespoon

  7. 1/4 ts Ginger

  8. 1/4 ts Sugar

  9. 3 c Better for Bread flour

  10. 1 Egg;(or 1/4 c Egg Beaters)

  11. 1/2 c Wheat flour

  12. 1 tb Vegetable oil

  13. 2 tb Gluten

  14. 10 1/2 oz Cond.French Onion soup; heat

  15. Add all ingredients into the pan in the order listed. MB Select white bread

  16. and push "Start." Wonderful for sandwiches or any-meal accompaniments, this

  17. bread can also provide a spectacular presentation from first- course French

  18. onion soup for a haute cuisine dinner. Spread 1 full-round slice per person

  19. with butter (or Kaplan's Better Than Butter) and dust with grated Parmesan

  20. cheese. Cut circles out of the centers with a coffee can, place outer rings

  21. and circles on a cookie sheet and slide under an oven broiler to brown. To

  22. serve: put one cutout in the bottom of each soup bowl, ladle in hot soup,

  23. then place the crusty outer rings atop the bowls.
