  3. 2 Cider vinegar

  4. 2 teaspoons 10ml Cider vinegar

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Sugar

  6. 2 teaspoons 10ml Sugar

  7. 1 1/2 teaspoons 7 1/2ml Dry mustard

  8. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  9. 1 1/2 teaspoons 7 1/2ml Poppy seeds

  10. 8 cups 1896ml Fresh spinach - torn

  11. 3 Green onions - sliced

  12. 3 Bananas - cut in

  13. 1/2" slices (large)

  14. 1/2 Slivered almonds - toasted

  15. 2 Strawberries - cut in

  16. 1/2" slices

  1. Recipe Instructions Place the first six ingredients in a blender or food processor; cover and process until the sugar is dissolved. Add the poppy seeds, process just until blended.
