    1. 1/2 C butter

    2. 1 1/2 C sugar

    3. 2 egg s

    4. 3/4 C sour cream

    5. 2 banana s

    6. 1 tsp vanilla

    7. 2 scant cups flour

    8. 1 tsp salt

    9. 1 tsp soda

    1. Mix room temperature butter and eggs with sugar. Add sour cream; then bananas. We like the bananas very ripe. Add vanilla. Stir in flour, salt, and soda. Spray pans with Pam olive oil.
