  1. 1/4 cup soy sauce

  2. 1/4 cup dry sherry

  3. 1/2 cup minced onion

  4. 2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger root

  5. 2 teaspoons five-spice powder

  6. 2 tablespoons chili oil

  7. 2 teaspoons sesame oil

  1. In self-sealing bag, combine all ingredients. Add meat to bag, seal and refrigerate overnight. Discard any leftover marinade.
