  1. 50 g rolled oats

  2. 350 ml semi-skimmed milk

  3. 2 tbsp orange curd

  4. 1 tsp sunflower seeds

  1. Place the oats and milk in a small saucepan, bring to the boil and simmer for 3-4 minutes.

  2. Tip the porridge into a serving bowl, drizzle over the orange curd and sprinkle with sunflower seeds. Serve hot.
