  2. 1/2 cup milk

  3. 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

  4. 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  5. 2 cups cubed cooked chicken or turkey

  6. 3 cups cooked medium egg noodles or bow tie pasta

  7. Chopped fresh parsley
