  1. 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, at room temperature

  2. 2 cups (10 ounces) shelled unsalted peanuts

  3. 1 (12-ounce) can evaporated milk

  4. 1/2 cup cilantro leaves, rinsed and dried

  5. 4 serrano chiles, stems, seeds and veins removed (wear gloves for this)

  6. 2 teaspoons MAGGI Granulated Chicken Flavor Bouillon

  7. Assorted crackers and vegetables

  1. Place cream cheese, peanuts, evaporated milk, cilantro, chiles and bouillon in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with crackers or vegetables.
