  1. 1/4 cup honey

  2. 1/4 cup Dijon mustard

  3. 3/4 tsp. salt

  4. 3/4 tsp. pepper

  5. 567 g lean ground beef

  6. 4 hamburger buns, split and toasted

  1. Prepare grill. Whisk together honey and Dijon in a small bowl. Combine ground beef, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Add half of the honey mustard mixture and knead well to blend. Shape beef into 4 patties. Brush both sides of each patty with remaining honey mustard. Grill burgers 5 to 6 minutes until browned. Turn burgers over and brush with any remaining glaze. Continue grilling to desired doneness. Place grilled burgers on buns and serve.
