    1. 1 1/2 lb beef stew meat

    2. 1/4 cup flour

    3. 2 T vegetable oil

    4. 1 cup onion , chopped

    5. 1 t salt

    6. t pepper

    7. 1 1/4 cup cream of mushroom soup

    8. 1/2 cup evaporated milk

    9. 1/2 cup water

    1. Coat stew meat with flour.

    2. Brown meat and onions in vegetable oil.

    3. Throw all ingredients together and cook for 1 hour 15 minutes.
