  1. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Finely diced avocado

  2. 1 1/2 cups 355ml Peeled - seeded, finely

  3. 2 Chopped tomatoes

  4. 1/2 cup 31g / 1.1oz Red onion - diced

  5. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Diced jalapeno - fine

  6. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Diced bell pepper - fine

  7. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Fresh parsley - chopped

  8. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Sugar

  9. Salt

  1. Chop each vegetable by hand or with food processor. Mix together in a non-aluminum bowl. Add the sugar and salt to taste. Adjust the seasonings if necessary. Let the salsa sit for at least 1 hr. Stir well before serving.
