  1. 1 9" pie crust

  2. 1 cup half 4 eggs

  3. 1/2 tsp salt

  4. 1/2 tsp dry mustard

  5. 1 Cup cooked ham cut up

  6. 1 1/2 Cup shreded cheddar cheese

  7. 1 Cup fresh broccoli florets cut into small pieces

  8. 2 Tbls chopped onion

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake pie crust 8-10 minutes. In meduim bowl, combine half + half, eggs, salt and dry mustard; set aside. Layer ham, cheese, broccoli and onion in pie crust. Pour egg mixture over ham, cheese, broccoli and onion. Cover the outside edge of crust with foil. Bake in 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Take off foil, bake another 10-15 minutes until nicely brown red. cool for 5 minutes. cut into 6-8 pieces. refrigerate any remaining Quiche. Yield: serves 8 Notes: Frozen cut broccoli, thawed and well drained, may be substituted for fresh broccoli. Bakon may be used instead of ham [about 5 cooked slices, crumbled]. Asparagus may be used for a nice change instead of broccoli. Frozen spinach [1 1/2 Cups] thawed with liquid squeesed out is also excllent!
