Light Ginger Cookies

1 c Butter or margarine; -softened

1 tb Vinegar

2 1/4 c All-purpose flour

1 1/2 ts Ground ginger;

1-1/2 to 2 -tsp

3/4 ts Baking soda

400 degrees. Mix powdered sugar, margarine and vinegar. Stir in remaining ingredients. (If dough is too dry, work in milk or cream, 1 teaspoon at a time.) Roll dough
