    1. 1 1/2 pounds ricotta cheese

    2. 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese

    3. 3 large egg yolks

    4. 1/2 cup granulated sugar

    5. 2 tablespoons brandy

    6. 2 tablespoons vanilla extract

    7. 2 graham cracker pie crusts

    8. 1/4 cup chocolate syrup

    1. In a large mixing bowl, combine together ricotta cheese, cream cheese, egg yolks, sugar, brandy, and vanilla, beating until well-blended. Pour into 2 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crusts and drizzle with chocolate syrup. Bake in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 30 minutes, or until the center is set.
