  2. 5 lb Boiled shelled cleaned

  3. white vinegar

  4. 1 3 parts salad oil to

  6. Red pepper

  7. 2 lg Pods garlic

  8. Dry mustard

  9. 2 cn Whole pimentos

  10. Pepper

  11. 1/2 lg Bunch parsley

  12. Salt

  13. shrimp or defrosted frozen

  1. Chop vegetables fine in a food processor or blender.

  2. Add to oil/vinegar mixture.

  3. Mix well.

  4. Season to taste with other seasonings.

  5. Pour mixture over shrimp, turn several times.

  6. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours, mixing occasionally.

  7. Drain liquid to serve.

  8. Serve with toothpicks.
