  1. Sprinkle squid and shrimp meat with corn starch. Pan-fry in oil until just done. Set aside.

  2. Saute shallot, onion, ginger and Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic in 2 tbsp oil. Add squid, shrimp meat and the left ingredients. Add seasoning mix and wine. Stir-fry quickly until mixed well.
