  1. 3 cups Chopped Cooked Chicken

  2. 1× 14-oz. pkg Frozen Broccoli Florets

  3. 2 cups Cooked Rice*

  4. 1 1/2 cups Frozen Peas

  5. 10 3/4-oz. can Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup

  6. 10 3/4-oz. can Condensed Fiesta Nacho Cheese Soup

  7. 10- - 10 1/2-oz. can Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies or Diced Tomatoes & Habaneros

  8. 1/2 cup Milk

  9. 1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper , optional

  10. 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese ,

  11. 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese ,

  12. 2 oz.

  13. 1 cup Crushed Rich Round Crackers

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Place chicken in bottom of 3-quart rectangular baking dish. In large bowl combine broccoli, rice, and peas. Spread mixture over chicken. In medium bowl combine cream of chicken soup, nacho cheese soup, diced tomatoes, milk, and crushed red pepper. Stir in 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese and 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese. Pour mixture over broccoli mixture in baking dish. Sprinkle crushed crackers evenly over all. Sprinkle with remaining cheeses.

  2. Bake, uncovered, 40 to 50 minutes or until topping is golden.
