  1. 3 tablespoons 45ml Butter

  2. 3 Onions - sliced in small ring

  3. 3 oz 85g Emmenthaler cheese; grated

  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Dry mustard

  5. 2 cups 474ml Spaetzle noodles

  6. 2 tablespoons 30ml Chives; chopped

  1. Recipe Instructions Heat butter in frying pan, add onions, and brown lightly. Toss cheese with dry mustard. Add cooked noodles to cooked onions and cheese; mix well. Place mixture in an ovenproof casserole. Bake at 300F for 20 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle top with chopped chives before serving.
