  1. 1 ts Lemon juice

  2. 2 Medium tart apples

  3. 1/2c Shredded Cheddar cheese

  4. 1/3c Halved red grapes

  5. 3/4c Sour cream

  6. 1/2c Shredded Swiss cheese

  7. 1/2c Chopped celery

  8. 1/4c Chopped walnuts

  1. + Directions : Blend lemon juice and sour cream--set aside. Slice unpared apples, sprinkle with additional lemon juice. Combine apples with remaining ingredients and toss.
