  1. 1/4 cup red peppers diced

  2. 1/4 cup onion diced

  3. 1/4 cup mayo

  4. 1/4 tsp. season salt

  5. caynne pepper just a pinch (to your liking)

  6. 1 egg beaten

  7. 1 cup dried bread crumbs (ONLY ADD 4 tblsp. TO THE MIX reserve the rest)

  8. 2 - 12 oz. cans of salmon , or tuna

  9. SAUCE FOR ON TOP

  10. 3/4 cup mayo

  11. 1 tblsp. lemon juice

  12. 1 tblsp. horseradish

  13. a pinch of tyme

  14. 1 tsp. salt and pepper

  1. Mix tuna, or salmon, pepppers, onions, mayo, lemon juice, season salt, cayanne pepper, egg and only 4 tblsp. of dried bread crumbs.

  2. roll into 6 balls, and flatten into patties.

  3. coat them with remaining bread crumbs fry on the stove top in 3 tblsp. butter until golden brown on each side.

  4. shoud make about 6 patties These patties are delicious just like this, however to make them even better just mix all the ingredients for sauce and pour over top of the patties.
