  1. 1/4 c. olive oil

  2. 2-3 cloves garlic, sliced

  3. 1/2 tsp. salt

  4. 1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper

  5. 1/4 tsp. oregano

  6. 28 oz. can Italian tomatoes (juice and all)

  7. Sliced black olives or green olives

  8. Sliced mushrooms

  1. Brown garlic in olive oil. Crush tomatoes and add to oil. Add juice and all other ingredients. Simmer 1/2 hour, stirring occasionally.
