  1. 1 c. dried peaches

  2. 1/3 c. sugar

  3. 3 eggs

  4. Pie shell

  5. 3/4 c. sugar

  6. 1 tsp. vanilla

  7. 1 c. milk

  1. Boil peaches until tender. Take off skins. Then mix with 1/3 cup sugar. Place peaches in bottom of pie shell. Beat eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla together. Pour on top of peaches and bake at 300 degrees until custard is firm. Serves 6 to 8.
