  7. 4 large Onions -- chopped

  8. 4 large Green bell peppers -- chopped

  9. 4 cups Celery -- chopped

  10. 1 cup Brown sugar -- packed

  11. 1 cup Spicy brown mustard

  12. 4 cups Ketchup

  13. 2 cans (12-oz) tomato paste

  14. 4 cans (15-oz) tomato sauce

  15. 1 cup Vinegar

  16. 2/3 cup Worcestershire sauce

  17. 100 Hamburger buns

  19. batches until meat is browned.

  20. Remove mixture with a slotted spoon to a large roasting pan. Discard fat. Stir

  21. together the sugar, mustard, ketchup, tomato paste, tomato sauce, 6 cups water,

  22. vinegar and Worcestershire sauce. Stir into meat mixture. If too thick, add up

  23. 2 cups more water. Cover and simmer for 3 to 4 hours, stirring occasionally.

  24. Serve on the buns.
