  1. Corn Cob Jelly

  2. 12 sweet corn cobs (10 should work)

  3. 4 c water

  4. 4 c sugar

  5. l box fruit pectin

  6. 10 minutes. Measure

  7. cups liquid and strain through a cheesecloth. Put strained fluid

  8. into a large saucepan, add pectin. Bring to rolling boil. Add sugar,

  9. bring mixture back to a boil. Simmer for 3 minutes, then skim. Add

  10. food coloring, if desired. Pour into scalded jars and seal. Jelly

  11. will be clear and taste like apple-honey.
